TRASH REMOVAL
Trash is picked up by BFI Waste Removal on Thursdays. You may set your trash out at the curb after 6 p.m. on Wednesday or before 7 a.m. on Thursday. The cost of trash removal is included in your assessment.
Appliances are picked up by special request on Wednesday. Call BFI at 1-800-650-0303 at least 24 hours in advance to schedule an appliance pick up. Alliance will bill you $30 for each appliance they pick up. The cost of appliance removal is not covered by the association. Consult your "Welcome Package" for additional information.

LANDSCAPING
The common areas and front yards are mowed each week during the growing season by Acres landscaping. Homeowners are required to mow the lawn in their backyards each week during the
growing season. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the service, call the association office and we will be happy to answer all your questions.

WORK ORDERS
Call the office or e-mail us with your requests for work that may be covered by the Association. Most work can be completed within a week without an appointment. For water leaks or other problems that require an interior inspection, an appointment will have to be made with the staff. Simply call the office with your questions or concerns.

MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS
Maintenance Programs include a four year painting program, dry-rotted wood replacement, roofing, concrete work, paving, etc.
SNOW REMOVAL
Snow is plowed by the association maintenance staff after 2 inches has fallen. The streets and courts are cleared first and then driveways and parking spaces are cleared. Main sidewalks along Walnut, Pennview, Flintshire and Portland are cleared after the courts, parking spaces and driveways have been cleared.
It is ILLEGAL to park on the street after a 2 inch snowfall. Violators risk being ticketed or towed.
CLUBHOUSE RENTAL
The clubhouse can be rented by homeowners for private parties on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Reservations are taken on a "first come-first serve" basis. Other fees include a refundable security deposit in the amount of $150. The capacity of the clubhouse is limited to 75 people. The association provides folding tables and chairs to
accommodate that many guests. Kitchen facilities include a stove, refrigerator and microwave.
Make your reservations early if you need a date for a special occasion.
