Sheffield Towne Association

Sheffield Towne is a self managed Planned Unit Development (or PUD) under the management of a nine member Board of Directors. Our Directors are all Sheffield Towne homeowners who volunteer their time and expertise to benefit our community

Committees include a Maintenance Committee, an Architectural Control Committee, a Social and Recreation Committee and a Finance Committee. The committees advise the board on matters that pertain to each individual committee and performs other functions as the board directs. Additionally, it is the function of each committee to hear complaints from members and dispose of such complaints as it deems appropriate.

All meetings are held in the clubhouse at 1000 North Walnut Lane. The Board of Directors meet on the last Monday of each month at 7:30 p.m. Committee meetings are held on the second Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. There are no meetings in the month of December. Meeting dates and times are published in the newsletter. All interested homeowners are encouraged to attend both Committee Meetings and Homeowner's Meetings.
